I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and I have delved into several traditions during that time. Through Iyengar yoga I found alignment and discipline, at Jivamukti yoga I discovered the breath and devotion, Yin yoga showed me acceptance and letting go, and Vinyasa yoga allows me to express flow and creativity in my practice and teaching. Studying sound healing has elevated my teaching to another level allowing practitioners to absorb vibrations and achieve deep relaxation.
I love teaching and seeing students transform as they explore and deepen their practice. My approach is to support and inspire students and to meet them at whatever level they are at. My classes are friendly, creative and inclusive with an emphasis on Ahimsa (compassion).
